Shipping policy

STOCK LEVELS

Due to all pieces being one off, and operating both a physical store and online store, on rare occasions an item may already be sold and has not yet been removed from the online store, therefore making the pice unavailable. We endeavor to keep our stock levels accurate at all times and do not anticipate this happening often. In these situations, the customer will be refunded to their original payment method within 1-2 business days.

POSTAGE & DELIVERY

Reina Melbourne delivers Australia wide & internationally. We are unfortunately unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please ensure you provide a physical residential or business address with your order to assist with prompt shipping.

Shipping Fees:

Australian Orders: $10 flat rate
New Zealand Orders: $15 flat rate
International Orders: $40 flat rate

 

Expected Shipping Times:

Australian Orders: 1-3 Business Days
New Zealand Orders: 2-5 Business Days
International Orders: 3-21 Business Days (this differs greatly by location - contact us for a more accurate time)

 

Please note: International deliveries require a signature upon delivery. Please indicate your daytime address to ensure it is signed for upon delivery. Orders placed with Reina Melbourne will be processed within standard working hours, Monday to Friday. Any orders received outside of these times will be processed on the next working day. Every effort is made to have your items delivered within the specified windows.

RETURNS

We have a strict returns policy as all items are one off. Please shop carefully, and in order to ensure a confident purchase and understanding of the garment please direct any queries to info@reinamelbourne.com. All garments must have the original swing tag still attached for a return to be processed.

If you receive the garment and it does not fit you we offer a return of the item minus the postage fee to you in the form of store credit to the full value of the item/s purchased. You must notify us via email within 3 days (72 hours) of arrival as stated on the online postal tracking. The return postage cost to Reina Melbourne must be paid for by the customer and have online tracking included. If the item is in the same condition as when we sent it, the store credit to the value of the item/s purchased minus shipping has no expiration. Once we receive the retuned item/s we will email a notification and send you the store credit receipt. Please check all measurements of the garment before purchasing.

If you receive the garment and there are significant unexpected flaws not indicated in the item listing we will cover all the costs (the full garment amount, plus shipping) in the form of store credit. 

Please understand, all of our items are vintage and pre-owned unless stated otherwise. Due to garments being of second-hand vintage quality, there may be minor faults or defects that go unnoticed at the time of listing. All items have been steamed, and some may have a degree of ‘wear’, which means the overall feeling of the material may not feel like new. We do not accept returns for 'feeling of wear' garments. 

If damage occurs after wear, Reina Melbourne is not responsible. Due to the unpredictable and delicate nature of vintage clothing, we cannot ensure quality controls after wear.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTY FEES

All international orders may incur customs or an import duty fee. These charges arise upon delivery of your parcel. These charges vary greatly depending on the country you are ordering from and cannot be predicted. Please contact your local customs office for further information. If for any reason a shipment is returned due to the purchaser refusing to clear the customs fee, Reina Melbourne reserves the right to deduct the original and/or the return shipping fee from the full refund.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE INSURANCE

Please note we do not add additional insurance to our international shipments. All packages must be signed on delivery and all risk is passed onto the purchaser once the parcel is signed for. In the instance where the purchaser authorises the courier agent to leave the parcel without a signature then they do so at their own risk.

CURRENCY

All product prices indicated and payments made on Reina Melbourne are in AUD dollar currency. All prices are GST inclusive.

DPS is a secure third party that hosts Credit Card data.
Reina Melbourne will not share, sell or trade personally identifiable information.
